Absolutely! Many clients start with 10 hours of support a month, then move up as their needs grow. I'm flexible and happy to adjust your support as your business evolves.
What communication tools do you use?
I work with popular platforms like ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Google Drive, Slack, and email, choosing what fits your business best. For ongoing clients, I keep communication clear and concise via weekly summaries, or strategy calls.
How quickly can you get started?
Once we agree on the right package, I aim to begin within one to two weeks. Quay Sessions can often be booked and delivered faster to tackle urgent issues.
Are your services remote or on-site?
Primarily remote I am based in Cornwall - this gives you flexible, efficient support without travel costs. However, we’re happy to discuss occasional on-site visits if needed.
What’s included in your ‘system/process improvements’?
This might be anything from creating a simple onboarding form to developing email templates or streamlining a workflow. Each month, we focus on one practical improvement tailored to your biggest bottleneck.
How do you measure success or progress?
We track key milestones like reduced admin time, faster project deliveries, or clearer team roles. Regular strategy calls and progress emails keep you updated and let us tweak as we go.
What is your cancellation or notice policy?
Monthly subscriptions like The Anchor or The Harbour require 30 days’ notice for cancellation or pausing.
What are your payment terms for the different packages?
For The Anchor, The Harbour, and The Bespoke Buoy monthly retainer packages, payment is required in full upfront. This secures your dedicated support and allows us to plan and prioritise your work efficiently.
